Book Character Parade

What fun we had today! We came dressed as our favorite book characters for the parade. Emma from Jane Austen, Charlotte's Web, and To Market To Market were all ready to strut their stuff!

Cat Case

Kramer has found yet another spot in which to relax!

It's haunting time again!

Spoooooky! It is that time of year again when haints and hags fill the streets of historic downtown. Take a ghost tour and see for yourself the haunted history of our beloved town...if you dare!

We had a ball...

at the ball! There is nothing more delightful than gathering with friends and dancing the old dances in Victorian attire!

The Grand Confederate Rose

Fall is the time when the Confederate Rose bush makes its grand stand. The lovely pink and white flowers are as delicate as tissue paper and as lovely as...well, a rose.

Autumn Sunset

Ahhh, the cool crisp Fall air during a sunset amongst the garden foliage. The simple pleasures of life.

Ok, so maybe I'm not the blogging genius that I seem. I am sure that there is a way to rotate this image but what can I say? The name of my blog is 'Vicitorian Parlor'. Does that tell you anything...

This is another vintage linen craft apron (just imagine that it is right side up)! Work with me here!

Instant Dog...

just add water!

Enjoying the Harvest Decor!

Kramer seems to enjoy all of the decor in our house including some of our autmumn displays. He especially likes to play with the pumpkin in this picture by his paw. We often find it in different places around the house!

Cats Love Quilts!

Kramer is enjoying one of my recent quilting projects. Antique linens and lace were sewn together to make this lap quilt. Obviously Kramer got to enjoy it first!

Cozy Cottage Corner

Here is the first picture on my blog with the help of my dearest niece who knows volumes more about computers than I ever will. Nonetheless, here is one cozy corner from our Cottage Room at 221 Antiques & coffee in beautiful downtown Beaufort, SC.
