Hey guys!
I need some advice regarding my blogspot).
I am at my limit for pictures and now have to pay for additional space. Has anyone out there done this and if so what is a good amount to purchase?
Sorry I don't have a picture with this post but I can't until I pay:).

Yes Kim this has happen 2 times to me...Now on your dash board at the bottom you will see picasa album...open it and it will show you all the photos in your file...will just delete the ones you don't want in there and it will free up room for you again...Now when you delete photos made sure they are not ones you have used in your post or will will also delete them from your posta you have already done...Hope this helps you girl..Email me if you need any help with this...Good luck so easy to do..Hugs and smiles Gl♥ria
I did not know that would happen. Looks like you got some great advice already. I think I will try to delete some of mine, but I don't know if I have any in there that aren't already in previous posts. Hmmm...that's a bit of a dilemma. Hope you get it worked out and hope you share with us what you end up doing.
Hi Kim, have not been blogging that much as of late. So sorry to hear about your dad's passing. I hope you are doing well and coping. Love Tiina....
Kim-
I noticed that almost right at the start when I began blogging. I like to keep my original images BIG so when people click on them, they can see the details, so I ran out of room really fast! I started putting all my images on Flickr, and I pay $24.95 a year for unlimited uploads. You can try Flickr for free, but eventually you'll run out of space on the free account, too. And you have to grab the html code for each picture and paste that into your blog, but you get used to it.

This happened to another friend. She just started a new blog and left a message on the old one to go to the new one .
Kim,
Just had a note from Ann about Mike. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to you. He was wonderful and obviously adored you, admired you and was very proud of you. His loss leaves us all a little poorer but having known him added so much to our lives.

(I met you last year when Mike and Ann were visiting.)
Kim, I'm so sorry to hear about your Father. He is in heaven now and smiling down on you and your new home.
I hope ya'll are all settled in and enjoying your "new" rays of sunshine :)
I don't post photos in blogger so I cannot help you there.
I use Microsoft Windows Live Writer for that very reason because I post SO many photos.
Hope to see you back here soon...
Is it Blogger that won't let you post them or Picasa that wants you to purchase more space? I suspect it's Picasa. If so, you can store your photos elsewhere like at Flickr, Photobucket, etc.
Instead of uploading a pic from your PC into your blog, put the photo in another album (like at Flickr, Photobucket, or even another album at Picasa). Right click the photo you want to use, select the "Copy Image Location" option. On your post screen, click the "Insert Image" icon (same as you always do) and select the "Web address (URL)" option instead of uploading them from your PC. Paste the image URL into the box that appears. You will get a preview on the screen of the image that will appear in your post. It will look just like your regular posts, but the image will be stored in a place other than the Picasa album that is associated with your blog account.
I hope this works for you as I've not had this issue but have posted pics in this way on my own blog. If it isn't Blogger that's giving you the message, it should work. Good Luck. We DO miss Cramer & Pals!
So sorry to hear about your father Kim. I hope that loving memories will help to ease your pain.
