Sunday Wisdom

"Then you will call, and the Lord will answer;
you will cry for help, and he will say:
Here am I.
"If you do away with the yoke of oppression,
with the pointing finger and malicious talk,
and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed,
then your light will rise in the darkness,
and your night will become like the noonday."
Isaiah 58: 9-10

Oh, how true is the word of God...this is what I want my heart to seek at all times and to stay away from that which hurts others. Kim, thank you for coming to see me during my most happy celebration. My husband is the best, and I thank God for that! And I am with ya' and the moisturizers! I live in Minnesota where it is harsh on the skin, and I use TONS of cream! It really helps, but when age finally starts to make its mark, it is best to use it to our advantage, and be as graceful and wise as possible (and accessorize......hheeehehheee!)

HAVE A SUPER WEEK! Anita

What a wonderful promise, if we will just do our part. Thank you SW. I love it.
Those books are exactly what I love and your TI has the most beautiful cover.

Thank you for reminding me to set my sights outside of myself. This is a powerful verse. If we take care of the things the Lord has asked us to take of, then he will take care of our needs and bring us out of troubled times.

Hugs!
