Grins and Giggles

Remember the 80's band 'Guns and Roses'?
This is our version-'Flying Pigs and Roses':)

This is a Jack Russell anxiously awaiting her mom to stop blogging and play with her.

This is a 'chill pill'.
This is Jack Russell retrieving chill pill after mom threw it (while she is still blogging-ah yes, multi-tasking, it's a gift:).
Jack Russell wanting mom's attention again but not getting it because mom is still blogging.
Jack Russell tired of waiting for mom to stop blogging and begins to de-stuff chill pill toy.
Jack Russell successfully de-stuffing chill pill toy.
Jack Russell pouting after mom takes away de-stuffed chill pill toy.
Yeah right, a 'chill pill' for a Jack Russell! It doesn't work unless you take it away!
(don't worry, I gave it back but then she de-stuffed it again so I took it away again. She has to play with another toy since she was not playing nicely with the chill pill toy:)

I know about those Jack Russell terriers-we have one as well-his name is Ozzy and if I could get him to stop jumping and calm down for once, I might be able to post a pic of him. In the meantime, I will enjoy yours...She's so sweet!!! Love Tiina...

Don't think it's Guns n Roses, but R.E.M. - Russell (or Rapid) Eating Machine. Have a good evening!

Kim, your post is just too funny with the jack russel and the chill pill toy! Oh yes, we have such a "toy de-stuffer" in this household too, named Cody. He had a favorite teddy bear that he had gotten as a xmas present and carried it with him everywhere. Until the day he discovered a small hole in it and instantly starting pulling the stuffing right out of that poor little bear. After several repairs from the old bear maker, ME, I decided that it was time to pack it away. No more stuffing laying all over the carpet and getting stuck on his tongue. :-)

and I do remember Guns and Roses. If I admit that, am I showing my age??

Loved your previous post on the old victorian home right there in your town! Just gorgous. Oh dear Kim, I can just envision you and me in Cape May, NJ walking down the streets there and admiring all the lovely old Victorians there. Then off to the hotel for a cup of tea and some lunch, and then more uhhh and ahhh our way around town!! It was a lovely post of yours, with delightful pictures as always.

I am a bit belated in my comments, I just do not know where the days get to, but suddenly they don't seem to have enough hours in them. I want to thank you for all your lovely comments on my posts, you ALWAYS make my day with them!!! hugs, Debby
