Brays Island Beauty and Gifts From a Friend!

Hello dear blogland friends! I wanted to share some of what has been keeping me so busy these past couple of weeks:).
Recently, I did some storytelling at Brays Island where God's beauty is abundant!
An Egret perches over the glassy water.
A herd of deer in the distance...
come closer as the night sets in.
The sun begins to paint the sky with it's descent.
Shades of red and orange become more intense as the sun disappears over the water's edge.
OK, you didn't think I'd get through a post without Kramer making an appearence did you?
My dear blogging friend Madai at
sent me this beautiful little package of sparkling bliss. The envelope was a work of art in itself but the treasures within were even more lovely. Inside was a sweet note, a glittery heart with silk ribbon, and a strand of glittery stars perfect for making wishes upon. I couldn't wait to use these lovelies in my Christmas decor although I am certain that they will grace the house throughout the year as they are too pretty to put away:).
Thank you Madai-you are a cherished friend!
Here are the winter wishes stars gracing my dining room center piece.
If you really want a treat make sure to visit Madai's blogspot-it's absolutely beautiful!

The glittery stars are so cute! Perfect for Christmas, or like you said, anytime of year! I love your sunset photographs. The glowing eyes of the deer are so cool! And I love egrets too. What kind of storytelling did you do?
