Merry Christmas!

"'But you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah;
for out of you will come a ruler who will be the shepherd of my people Israel.'"
Matthew 2:6, NIV

"Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
"Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests."
Luke 2: 13-14, NIV

"But the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God. You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever; his kingdom will never end."
Luke 1: 30-33, NIV
"After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, "Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star in the east and have come to worship him."
Matthew 2: 1-2, NIV

Kim dearest, thank you for your kind words! They are a comfort to me as I am sitting here at the computer, trying to write an abstract for my thesis that I need to finish today!!!!!!AH! I am a creative writer, and a somewhat decent academic writer, but a thesis is so straight forward.....so many rules....AH! God bless you dear one. It has been a marvelous year and may your new year bring you much success and wonderful new opportunities! Anita

Kim, I hope that your christmas was just wonderful! Ours was very nice, the kids all gathered round and exchanging presents with each other, and then me playing "santa" and giving out even more goodies. We ate our way thru the days and I am feeling in need of a nice long walk! :-) Rainy here so not so nice, so i hope you are having something nicer there! hugs, Debby
