But he who holds his tongue IS wise! It is something that is learned with age though I think, the young are just too anxious to voice opinions even when they do not know what they are talking about. :-) I myself was one of those rash young people, time and age have taught me well to just keep quiet for "just a bit longer". It works wonders. Anyway, seems I have not been around NEARLY enough to your blog dear friend, cuz I missed out on some great posts about Walterboro. Your pictures are so wonderful, showing all the fabulous details of the homes and buildings there. Funny, blogging has done that to me too, allowed my eyes to see things in a differnet way, even hubby dear has commented on the same thing. We look at buildings no longer as just an office or a house, but all the small things about its architecture that make it a true work of art!! Thanks so much for sharing the treasures of Walterboro with us all. I enjoyed the little tour.
p.s. I am sure Carole would be thrilled if you stopped by her shop. She has lots of velvets!! hugs from afar Kim, Debby
Thank you so very much for your kind words of encouragement as well as for your prayers.., It is much appreciated! .., I have enjoyed visiting your lovely blog once again, as I post this comment!.., Blessings from Silken Purse.
Everytime I visit, you have a timely scripture waiting for me. I was talking to a friend today who is involved in a difficult situation because of words spoken in the heat of the moment. This scripture is so very true!
