Wisdom From a Flower

Wisdom from a Flower

How can we not get wisdom from a flower?
It does not pine for beauty nor whine for power
It awaits replenishing rains and nurturing soil
It bears the sun, the wind, the hail
Yet stands forth with beauty to prevail

No wonder roses are my favorite flower! Okay... the poem is about all flowers, but the picture is a gorgeous rose! Isn't it?

Well Kim, I guess that proves it...I'm just not as wise as a flower! ;)
1. I love to whine (it gets me what I want)
2. I don't like to play in the dirt (it gets under my nails)
3. I'm scared of bad weather and rain messes up my hair
4. I burn easy in the sun (I'm so fair)
I quit the list...I just don't stand a chance of being that wise!
;)
Are you having a good weekend???
