I have been thinking lately about the meaning of contentment.
A cat curled up on a velvet chair...
Three happy dogs waiting for a treat...
Smiling teddy bears amongst old well worn books...
Contentment should be more than just a word in our vocabulary. It should be a way of life and a daily standard. Everyday think about all of your blessings and give thanks for them. True contentment occurs when we realize that our blessings are from God and that He has control.

A warm sweater regardless of the label inside,
A home despite its size or location,
Friends no matter their station in life,
Hospitality without the expectation of return,
A gift received without considering its worth,
God in all things.
