In need of advice

I found these crewel work panels at an antique store in Atlanta (they were in the sale bin for $3 each). I am trying to decide what to do with them. I could make a quilt with them or should I make pillows? Any other suggestions are welcome:)
(Kramer decided to make an appearence:)

Either a quilt or pillows would be good. They would also be pretty on the lid of a sewing basket or something similar to that- maybe with a little padding underneath. Or if you have an old window, you could adhere them to the back of the panes? ~Lori

Other possibilities might include wall hangings (framing them), purses, table covering or table runner, or even a fireplace screen.

How beautiful, they speak of spring and gardens.
If they are light fabric then they could be lined with a heavier muslin and then the sky's the limit. Two panels together(back and front) for porch pillows you can flip, or plain backings for four pillows you can place wherever the mood strikes.Covers for photo albums or a journal, tote bags...
I fell prey to the same Gardening magazine yesterday too! The rustic greenhouse is to die for!
